Job description :
Primary ongoing responsibility is for supporting the assigned Project Manager & other support activities for the management of projects across BUs.
• Order Forecast Compilation.
• Project ID creation and closure on receipt of Purchase Order.
• Resource Dashboard Compilation.
• Resource Allocation/Deallocation in RMG System.
• PSMT Creation.
• Onsite and Offshore Timesheet Compilation.
• Timesheet Approval in Pulse/SAP System.
• Invoice Generation & Submission.
• Support for Onsite & Offshore Resource Utilization Compilation.
• Assist in establishing and collecting project performance metrics project wise.
